Anjuna Recording Studio was built by Slater Swan with a clear vision: to create an affordable, world-class recording space that serves both artists and engineers. Designed by legendary studio designer Wes Lachot, every detail of the space—from the acoustically precise control room to the instrument-filled live room—was carefully considered to support exceptional recordings.

The studio's centerpiece is the ATC 100s, soffit-mounted in a control room designed specifically around their capabilities. The live room features vintage instruments including a 1959 Hammond B3, 1973 Fender Rhodes MkI, and Wurlitzer 140b, alongside analog outboard gear and microphones from Neve, API, Neumann, AEA, Shadow Hills, and Highland Dynamics.

Slater has been recording for over ten years, working with everyone from independent artists to Oregon State University ensembles. His approach is professional, artistic, and deeply rooted in understanding the music he's capturing. Anjuna is more than a studio—it's a vibrant, comfortable creative space designed to help you do your best work.
